CVS Bought Minute Clinic last month

As a follow up to the blog entry I wrote about Wal-Mart and Revolution Health, I found the news that CVS bought Minute Clinic last month:

I thought CVS should be getting into the quik-serv health services business, and they are!

CVS should not be getting into the "medical care" market. There are several ethical issues including substandard, misconstrued, unsupervised care that would promote buying of the drugs from the same CVS!! Who is speaking out?
If the "blog author" is connected with CVS I bet this will not get "approved".

HI Joseph, thanks for stopping by - no I'm not affiliated or connected with CVS at all, but I do shop there a lot. I run my own software business. :-)

I don't know enough about health care to really have an educated opinion, but I do believe that the health care industry is in dire need of change, and accept the possibility that it could get worse before it gets better.
